Established in 1976, Bond Organ Builders, Inc., located in Portland, Oregon, makes, restores and tunes pipe organs for churches and institutions primarily on the West Coast. They have been working with BW Intermedia since 1996.

Their website, now in it's third iteration, has been a process of evolution since we built the first site in 1996.
The site contains information and photographs of nearly every instrument they have made or restored in 30 years of business, as well as news, CD's for sale, and a shop profile. We just completed updating the site in January, 2006.
The site has been instrumental as a resource for many clients and prospective clients, as well as organ devotees throughout the United States and the world.
Advertising
Targeted advertising is required in this very niche market.
High quality photography with a bit of flair and traditional serif fonts are designed to give a feeling austerity and longevity. The main venues for these ads are organ and choir magazines and convention brochures.
The secondary purpose was to drive traffic to the site. After conventions, there would be a spike in visitors to the web site.
Newsletter
The newsletter for Bond has been produced since 1998. It is a duo-tone, 8 page brochure with news articles, employee profiles, drawings of instruments and photographs.
Many of the photographs were also taken by us in the workshop and on various job sites. It is sent to organists, churches and organ consultants.
Photography
Over the years, our photography for Bond consists of portfolio photographs of their work, portraits of employees for newsletters and other mailings, workshop images of work in progress for clients visiting the website to see their instrument being built.
